1. The service

Velqorena (“we”, “us”) provides a browser-based charting and technical-analysis studio, educational articles and example chart studies at velqorena.com (the “Service”). The Service displays spot market data from the Binance public market-data API, which is requested directly by your browser.

The Service is not an exchange, broker, dealer, wallet, custodian or investment adviser. It does not allow you to buy, sell, deposit, withdraw or hold any asset, and it does not provide trading signals.

2. Who may use it

You may use the Service if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, such as a school, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. No advice

All content — including charts, indicators, drawings, chart studies and articles — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Please read the disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) present charts, studies or snapshots from the Service as advice or as a recommendation; (b) interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; (c) copy, frame or redistribute substantial parts of the Service or its code for commercial purposes without permission; or (d) use the Service in breach of any applicable law.

You may use PNG snapshots you export for personal study, teaching and non-commercial sharing, provided they are not presented as real market data.

5. Your data and storage

The Service stores layouts and preferences only in your browser’s local storage. We do not operate user accounts and cannot recover data that you or your browser delete. The privacy policy explains what is stored and why.

6. Intellectual property

The Velqorena name, logo, design, text, illustrations and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by these terms, no rights are granted to you.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including the market-data source. Market data is provided by a third party and may be delayed, interrupted or corrected by its provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
