Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the website velqorena.com and its chart studio (“Velqorena”, “we”). For privacy questions write to privacy@velqorena.com or use the contact page.

2. What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details to use the Service, and there is no sign-up.

Like any website, the server that delivers our pages receives standard technical information with each request — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — which our hosting provider may keep in short-lived security logs. We do not use these logs to build profiles.

The contact form does not submit anything to our servers. It checks your input in the browser and then opens your own email app with the message pre-filled; the message is only sent if you send that email.

3. Browser storage (“cookies”)

Velqorena uses your browser’s local storage, not tracking cookies. Items fall into two groups:

• Essential — your storage choice (velq.consent) and layouts you explicitly save (velq.layouts). These exist only because you asked for them.
• Preferences (only if you click “Accept”) — the chart theme (velq.theme) and your last workspace (velq.workspace) so the chart reopens where you left it.

If you click “Reject non-essential”, preference items are not written and any existing ones are removed. You can change your choice at any time via “Storage preferences” in the footer, and you can delete everything by clearing site data in your browser.

4. Third parties

Market data. Charts and quotes are loaded by your browser directly from the Binance public market-data API (data-api.binance.vision, with api.binance.com as a fallback). Binance receives your IP address, browser information and the pairs and timeframes requested, under Binance’s own privacy terms. No account or personal details are sent.Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request, under Google’s own privacy terms.

We use no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts.

5. Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you beyond transient server logs, most requests can be satisfied by clearing your browser storage. If you believe we hold personal data about you, you may ask for access, correction or deletion, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Children

The Service is educational and general-audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
